My everyday make-up routine!

Hello loves,

Today I thought I would like share with you my everyday makeup routine. Before I start with it I have to say that my routine is very easy. My job's environment is very casual and I do not have to wear fancy makeup 4 a.m. in the morning.
Now that summer is here, I like to have a fresh face, let my skin breath and absorb some vitamin D. On the other side I want to protect it from the "bad effects" of the sun and hide some of my imperfections. Still I like to have a very natural look and look like I do not have makeup at all :)
So wash you face and Let's get started!

1. Sun protection - The sun maybe be good but it can also damage your skin and fasten the formation of wrinkles. This is why I never leave the house without a good sunscreen. Lately I have been loving this one I got on my Ipsy bag. (Find it here)

2. Face prime -  I like my makeup to last as long as possible, this way I do not have to a lot of touch-ups. It is time for the primer. I featured it on my last post about May's Favorites - the Maybelline Baby Skin Pore Eraser. (Find it here)

3. Create some base - Of course there will not be a completed makeup if you do not use a foundation or any BB/CC cream.  I am not a fan of the two last,  my skin does not like them a lot. So I go for a light foundation which will provide me the coverage I want without feeling heave or kaky on my face. I purchased the Revlon 24hr Colorstay foundation recently and I have to say, it is wonderful. It does what it claims and it does not brake me out as the last foundation started to. Don't forget the powder on your oily parts ;)

4. Make it perfect - and by that I mean apply some concealer to cover blemishes, dark circles or any other "thing" you don't want to be seen. (Find it here)

5. Frame your face - Before adding any color to my canvas, I like to fill in my eyebrows. I am lucky I have pretty good eyebrows to start with and I do not need a lot to make them look perfect. Just brush them a little bit and fill them in with any pencil, powder or even eye shadow that matches their color the best. I am currently using the light brown shadow on the palette below.

6. Brighten up your eyes - On everyday bases I tend to go for a very natural look, so when it comes to my eyes I just apply a bright eye shadow all over my lid, black eyeliner on the tight-line and my favorite mascara. This palette from NYC it is all I need, it includes some eye primer, bright and natural eye shadow and a dark one in case I need to transform a day look to a night one in just one step. The pencil and the mascara are both waterproof - a must for summer makeup.

7. Look alive - Now it is time to put some colors back on my face with some blush and bronzer. I have both of them in this cute little duo from E.l.f.  (St.Lucia) the bronzer is just the right color for me and the blush is very sweet and natural. Take your brush, smile and voila...(Find it here)

8. Do not forget the lips - It is important to keep them moisturized and protect them from the sun too. I am using the Neutrogena lip moisturizer with SPF 15. mmmm.... it feels so soft :) use your favorite lip product over it! (Find it here)

Well, now that I am done with my makeup and transformed my face into a more represantable one I think it is time for a good Selfie!

Thank you so much for reading me. Take care of yourselves and feel beautiful because we all are in one way or another.
xoxo, Marjana
