Christmas Eve!

This Christmas Eve had nothing to do with the past ones. It was kind of lonely, not friends or family but I had a really nice evening. Here in U.S.A you have to be 21 years old to go into a club and have a drink, it is a must- they'll check your ID. So I didn't have many choices, all the stores and restaurants were closed, and the only idea I came up with was...Let's go for a walk Downtown Chicago. And it was a very nice idea actually. We visited the "big" tree and a German Christmas Fair....(more on the photos down below)

The "Big Christmas Tree"

I know I look very funny, but it was freaking freezing outside and those ones kept me sooooo warm. I love them. (btw they're from Aeropostale)

That's pretty much my Christmas Eve activity. I hope you all had a fantastic night and I wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Holly Jolly Day full of love and presents ;) . May all your wishes come true!

Here is my Christmas Tree :)

I don't like my coffee table empty and ordinary, so I put some festive decorations and treats.

This is my small Christmas village which I decided to put on the side of the TV's stand.

My Magical Korca!

Happy Holidays from Korca!
Yes this is a post completely totally dedicated to my lovely city Korca!
It has been almost a year away from it, and I never ever thought that I would miss it this much.
I miss all the walks I used to go, from my house to the city's center (like a 20mins walk).
It used to be a lot of fun, walking on the sidewalks, coming across a ton of people who I knew, liked a lot or not that much :P
Anyways...yes I miss all of that. It's impossible to believe that this time last year I was in every and each of the places on the pictures below. I look at them and think of all those happy moments.

Enjoy
Love M

The pictures are taken from the official web pages of some of the most talented photographers of Korca.
Thank you for making everybody love this magical city!

How to make your tree look chubby...

Christmas cannot be understood without the Christmas tree. I put up mine two week ago because I was excited of all the decoration going on everywhere. Here is how I made it look chubby.

1. I bought the tree, of course :P and I put all the branches on the floor in alphabetical order.

2. The secret of making your tree look just like the one on the box is working with the branches. Try to open them a lot (don't exaggerate ) in the most natural way possible.

3. Put all the branches one by one on their place.

 and Ta-Daaaa

Now Decorate it the way you want :) Happy decorating :)

Bills organization...

Lately me desk has been a mess with all those papers, so I had to reorganize them. And I also wanted to spice my desk a little bit so I came up with some cute ideas. Here is one you can use for storing and organizing all the papers or bills you have.

For this project you will need:
A plastic paper holder
Paper
Scissors
Glue Stick
Spray Glue
Glitters
Invisible nail polish (optional)

1. Decide what you want to write on your paper holder and cut the letters.

2. Stick the letters on the paper holder, Don't put too much glue because you will have to remove the letters later.

3. Then, spray the whole area with the Glue spray, and sprinkle your glitters.

4. Remove the letters and this is optional, but if you like, you can go over the glitters with some invisible nail polish to keep the glitters on their place.

Please let me know if you liked it. You can basically do this with different words and for different organizing areas. Send me pictures if you try it :)
