Night-time Makeup Look / Naked 3 Palette

Hey loves,
Today I wanted to share with you this makeup look I created using the Naked 3 palette. It is more of a night-time look that you can rock at a party or concert. It is very easy to achieve; I only used four of the shadows. The secret it to blend, blend and blend. This way you will get the soft lines between colors and the perfect look. Let me know if you liked it!

Create the look

1. Apply Buzz all over your lid with a flat brush
2. Take an angled brush, mix the shades Factory and Darkside and apply them on the outer "V" and the criss. Make sure to blend a Lot until you get that soft look.
3. Apply Blackheart at the very outer corner and blend again.
4. With a small flat brush apply Factory underneath your waterline
5. Apply eyeliner, mascara, the rest of your makeup and you are done!

Look at you, beautiful! ;)

Ipsy Glam Bag! - June and July 2014

Greetings my ladies!
Today I am giving you a double post of the Ipsy bags.  As you may have assumed I did not post the June one because I couldn't find it in the moving "chaos". So as soon as I got this month's bag I thought it would be fun to join both of them together and bring them to your screens.

June's Glam Bag

June's theme was Pretty in Paradise and the bag was designed by Rebecca Minkoff, which makes it more special in my opinion. My bag had three makeup related products, one hair care and one fragrance sample. My two favorites are the eyeliner and the brow-pencil. Let's get into more details, shall we?

1. The Shimmer Eyeliner by Nicka K New York is my favorite. I have the one in Blue and it is such a beautiful color. I think it is perfect for summer days because it gives your eyes an "aqua" feeling :) The brush applicator is so easy to use and you can draw the perfect line.
Full size - $4.99

2. The second product is the Universal Eyebrow Eyeliner by OFRA. To be honest I have never been a fan of filling the eyebrows - they are pretty good on their own. But let's be real, sometimes you really need some more "hair". This pencil draws very natural "hair" and the color matches me perfectly.
Full size - $13.00

3. I always like to have good hair products and Ipsy does pretty well on that. This month I received the
Sacred Tiare Anti-Breakage and  Anti-Frizz Styling Cream by Carol's Daughter. This cream does a very good job on smoothing frizz and my hair feel so soft after using. The scent is amazing also. The one I have is a sample but the Full size costs $12.00 Definitely not very expensive, give it a try.

4.  for Her by Realtree fragrance is the forth product. It is a mix of pomegranate, orchids and some other flowers which make it very fresh and wearable for these summer days.
Full size - $24.99

5. I am pretty sure you have heard about the NYX butter glosses. They feel so soft, buttery as you can tell by the name and the selection of colors is so pretty. I already owned the Eclair one, and I am not disappointed that I received it again because now I can totally send it to my sister who likes it as much as I do.
Full size - $5.00

All in all, amazing product as always. If you are someone who likes beauty, skin and hair care but doesn't want to spend much, I suggest you to visit the Ipsy website and subscribe. You get amazing quality for just $10.00 a month.

July's Glam Bag

This month's theme was Sensationally Sunkissed ! The bag itself has this beautiful hot pink color, perfect for summer and faux leather material with some half circles around. Really love this bag...as for the products inside it I have to say I have had better. But they are still good products so let's have a look...

1. The first and smallest product that my eyes caught as soon as I opened the bag is the 5-in-1 BB Advanced Performance Cream Eyeshadow Broad Spectrum SPF 15 by BareMinerals in the shade Divine Wine. This is a 12-hour color which not only has SPF to protect from the sun but it also has a super-charged primer. It is a little bit dark for my liking but I can work with it using it as a base and then applying some other shadows to lighten it up a little bit. The product has some brighten benefits and it also soothes harsh lines.
Full size $18.00

2. Second product is my favorite one. I am talking about the Tinted Brilliance Balm by Pixi Beauty in the shade Pretty Pink. This mini version is so cute to keep in your purse and it has such a gorgeous warm pinkish-rose color. I totally Love it. My lips feel so soft and moisturized after applying it and even when the balm effect is gone the color stays there.
Full size $14.00

3. Next I got the Hang Ten Dark Tanning Oil SPF 08. This is my least favorite product. It is water resistant and it has very organic and good products but I really do not need a tanning oil. Sorry...
Full size $11.99

4. When it comes to bronzing my face I go for a light one because of my light skin tone. This Sunkissed Bronzer by POP Beauty is the right shade even though it looks very dark. Apply onto the cheekbones, jaw line and forehead and it will give you that sunkissed look.
Full size $10.00

5. And the last product is another hair-product. Every bag I have received til now has had one and my hair-stuff drawer is running out of space. This one is a Soy Renewal Beach Spray Conditioning & Texturizing Spray by Sexy Hair. Not a huge fan of this kind of sprays but I think this one works fine and it is good for second or third-day hair, just to add some more texture.
Full size $19.95

And here is a makeup look I created with some of these products...

That's all. I am sorry if this post is very long but I really wanted to share both of the bags. Thank you for reading and have a nice Sunday!

xoxo Marjana

Golf Tour!

Last Sunday Vaso  (my hubby)  and I had a nice dinner with some family friends. I like to go to this kind of dinners earlier than what I'm supposed to, so I can catch-up with people and help with setting the table. But this time I was really early, so our friend offered to take us on a tour  which turned out to be very interesting.
Courious  to know?

We visited TPC Sawgrass - the world's most famous golf course and the headquaters of PGA TOUR. Let me explain myself for those who do not know a lot about golf - including me. TPC Sawgrass is the golf course that collects the world's best players every year to compete for the World's Cup. In other words...the most expensive and fancy golf course.
Fun fact: The person who bought this land paid only $1 for 415 acres!!! Go visit the official website to learn more about this amazing dream come true...you will be surprised!

The first impression is wonderful... This building couldn't be better!

Let's go inside! Come with me...

The President's Cup
So this really cool thing is inside the private room. It is a wall full of all the names of the players who won the Championship since the very beginning. And right in front of it, there is the chair where the players sit to shave their beard. When I saw it I thought: Tiger Woods sits here, why shouldn't I?? :P

After the very interesting tour inside the building, we decided to take one of those golf cars and go visit Marriott Hotel which was 2 mins away.

On the way back to TPC I sat at the end of the car to have a better view of the wonderful landscape. I am happy I did so...

The amazing building...

This is the Champions' Tree. The flag changes every year, according to the origin of the Champion. This year Germany got it... Very lucky Germany, you got the Golf's World Cup and the Soccer's World Cup!

And to finish this amazing tour, here is a selfie to show you how happy I was :)

See you next time,
xoxo Marjana

St. Augustine Attractions!

St. Augustine is the oldest city in the states and it dates 500 years ago. When I first heard about its age I was surprised because compared to Europe, U.S.A is just a baby. Anyway, that is not what I want to talk about. Yesterday I went to visit this city which I had heard a lot about and I understood why... Its architecture screamed old, although most of the building were renewed. There were trolleys that showed tourists around and I was going to be one of them if the rain had not started. It's OK, they let me return my ticket.
Before the trolley tour, I went to Alligator's Farm. I only have one thing to say about it - Safe :P The park was really nice - the nature was very well incorporated with human's construction and created a very beautiful scene. But the alligators... I do not know if I want to call them creepy or amazing. They looked like a bag full of rocks laying under the sun. I miss toke some of them as dead, they were so good at faking they were alive...they had their mouth wide opened and did not move no matter what you did to them. What was I supposed to think?
Leaving the Alligator's Farm, I went to visit the Lighthouse. I have always liked lighthouses and I don't know why. I guess it has to do with my love for the ocean and sea and salt water in general. The top of the Lighthouse was 219 stairs away and it was 100 degrees in there. But the breeze and the view I got when I was there were worth it.
Last stop before the terrible storm started was the Ripley's Believe it or Not Museum. I have to say this place is amazing. It is funny and scary at the same time. You get to see things you have never seen before. It is a must-visit attraction and you will not regret it.
I think this description is about enough. I am gonna go now and let you enjoy some pictures.

Happy Tuesday to you all,
xoxo Marjana :)
