Ipsy Glam Bag - February 2015 and a little extra!

My monthly Ipsy bag has arrived! And it is full of love as its theme suggests #ipsyLove! Of course... it is, after all, the month of Love. All the products were just lovely. I love the colors and formulas. The bag is cute, a beautiful pink and diamond shaped decorations breaking the color monotony with gray and white. The only thing I was sad about is the beautiful purple eye pencil that was broken inside the envelope :( It's OK though, I can still use it.
Well, what are you waiting for? Scroll down to find out all about February's Bag!

Eva NYC Up All Night Volumizing Spray - Another hair product...a very good one but the only thing is that I really don't need volume :( My hair has a lot of it. I was very skeptical about it, but I tried it one night on wet hair and I actually liked it! It smells really good and I think it is a very good product, but honestly I wouldn't purchase it because it is not for me! the full size product costs $24.00 and you will find it here

Hey Honey Hey Honey - Take It Off! Exfoliating Honey Peel Off Mask- I was planning on buying this product and I am so glad I got it on this bag. This mask is amazing. It works wonders and I love it. My skin feels clean, refreshed and new after peeling it. And it also smells amazing ( the scent is crucial :P lol ) I definitely recommend it, do not hesitate to purchase it. It is actually on sale on the website for only $29.00 so go grab one as quick as you can!

"Pencil Me In" Cosmetics Natural Eye Liner Pencil - I was so excited when I found out this pencil was in my bag. Purple is my favorite color and I love to use it on my eyes. But when I opened the envelope...the pencil was broken :(  It is very pigmented but not smooth at all. It is so hard to apply on the eyes. I tried a million times to line both my upper and lower lash line and it looks awful. It also has a sharpener attached to its cap which makes it very convenient, but I don't I will be using it a lot. Very disappointing! If you want to give it a try you can find it here for $6.99. Mine is in the color Amethyst.

ModelCo BLUSH Cheek Powder - Such a cute peach-y color. Very pigmented and natural looking on my cheeks. I have a feeling this blush is the one I would be using almost everyday. It is a little bit pricey but I think it is worth it. You can find it here for $22.00

CARGO Cosmetics Mini Lip Gloss - in shade Anguilla. This lipgloss is very creamy, glossy and moisturizing. The color is cute, a pale pink and I like it. I love having mini products, easy to carry around and this one would be in my carry bag. But being this pale, the color doesn't go well with my skin tone. I totally think it will look good on warmer skin tones. It is only $16.00 and you can find it here

The only think it looked good on me was the blush. For that reason I don't have a makeup picture this month. I didn't want to post something that doesn't look good at all using products that I don't like.

But I decided to share with you some pictures from Valentine's Day. I surprised hubby that day by decorating the room with hearts, balloons and a huge card. Enjoy the pictures and I will see you soon :)

January Favorites!

Hey guys! Happy February and welcome back to the monthly favorites. The first one for this year. The products I am showing you today have been on my hands all month and I have absolutely enjoying them. They are not too many but they are really good :P As you will notice I have nothing on my Skincare and bodycare category. My skin has been acting very well and I didn't want to experiment with new products. I'll do it next month for sure. I really hope you like everything below and decide to try them yourself.

Make-up

I finally decided to change my foundation. I needed a new shade and a new brand. Shopping for foundation is so difficult and can also be frustrating. But I did my homework and decided to purchase the Sephora 10hr foundation. It matches my skin perfectly. I like the texture, the way it blends in my skin and the look it gives me. You should definitely try it.
Another lipstick I have been reaching lately is this Covergirl one in Precious. Beautiful rozy color and perfect for daytime.

Clothes and accessories

The first time I saw this necklace at a Forever21 store I was in shock. I love every single detail of it; the triangular stone, the arrow engravings, the little coins hanging...It is just such a beautiful necklace I would wear every day if possible. you might recognize it from the Black heart crease - makeup look I posted a few weeks ago. The shinny bracelet was one of the gifts my hubby gave me for Christmas. I love how it gives a sparkle to the completed outfit and makes me feel very special.

Random

2015 brought me back the reading desire. I used to read two or three books every month and I have a huge bookshelf covering a wall of my bedroom back in Albania. I stopped reading for a long time; I just wasn't interesting anymore. But something woke up on me and I have been buying books lately. I started with "Girl Online" from Zoella. And I already finished it. Three days! It was such a good book that kept my interest alive throughout the whole time. I have also gone back to writing. Thoughts, feelings, ideas, basically everything. To collect all these, I bought this little journal with a powerful quote " Life is beautiful. Enjoy the ride." I hope I stick to it :)

My favorite show: Switched at Birth (Netflix Addict)

My favorite songs:

Maroon 5 - Sugar
Romeo Santos - Yo Tambien ft. Marc Anthony

What are some of your favorite products? I would love to hear about them in the comments below. Please let me know so I can try them ;)

Ipsy Glam Bag - January 2015

Hey there my girls. It is time for the Ipsy monthly bag review. The first for this year. The company decided to start 2015 with the theme "Fresh Start" and I think it is perfect. The bag though is not the best they have had. I am not a big fan of it but it's Ok; one side of it is blue, the other one is white and the zipper is orange. But I do like the products, all of them so let's hope in and see what I got!

1. Bellá Pierre Shimmer Powder - in the shade Celebration. This is a great mineral powder that you can use as an eyeshadow to create vibrant looks. The color is beautiful, very pigmented and it doesn't need other products to make it look great. It is also very easy to work with. Love it. Full size here for $14.99 (already more than what you pay for the whole bag! )

2. Elizabeth Mott All Over Shadow Brush - a very cute brush with soft hair that does a pretty good job applying shadows and blending smoothly. you can find it here for just $9.99

3. La Fresh Eco-Beauty Be Good. Good Day. Day Moisturizer - I have used it all and I can say only so much. It is not enough product to tell if it really works or not, but I can see it is a good one. it also has a fresh scent which does not bother you when applying. The full size costs $40.00 and you can find it here

4. Pacifica Natural Mineral Coconut Eye Shadow - in the shade Etheral. the last time i received one of these I was disappointed. But I really like this one. The color stands out beautiful even though it is very light, but I think it makes a perfect eyeshadow to highlight the lids and give them a glow. These shadows are not sold as singles.

5. Probelle Into The Blue Nail Lacquer -  a beautiful color. very nice formula, easy to work with, glossy and long-lasting. My nails look cute on this color and I am loving it! They retail for only $6.00 and you can order your here

And this is the makeup featuring the products mentioned above as well as the nail polish!

I hope you like it and I will see you soon!

Love, Marjana
